About

About me

My name is Nomathemba Pearl Dzinotyiwei. For over two decades, I’ve held leadership roles across retail and corporate banking — steering teams, shaping strategy, and navigating the complex dance between people, performance, and power.

But beyond the boardrooms, I’m a woman who cares deeply about human-centred leadership, ethical impact, and the quiet cost of conforming in spaces that often reward silence.

I live in Johannesburg with my husband and two sons. I’m also a lover of creative writing, spirituality, and all kinds of crafts — the small things that stitch meaning back into everyday life.

What is This Blog About

The Corpor8 Humanitarian explores what happens when corporate life, leadership, and humanitarian values intersect — and sometimes collide.

It’s a reflective space that blends personal story with professional insight, offering both critique and compassion. Expect truth-telling, poetic inquiry, and ideas that provoke just enough discomfort to spark change.

What You’ll Find Here

🔹 Leadership and Self-Development

Unconventional lessons drawn from real life — including parallels between leadership and addiction recovery, radical honesty, and managing ego through self-mastery.

🔹 Personal Wellbeing

From chronic insomnia to workplace bullying, I share personal experiences and tools for surviving and thriving in high-pressure environments.

🔹 Psychology and Archetypes

Carl Jung’s archetypes, the inner rebel, martyr, and healer — and how they show up when you’re trying to lead with soul in systems built for sameness.

🔹 Corporate Ethics and Society

A call to accountability. I explore corruption, organizational silence, and the moral courage needed to speak when it’s easier to stay quiet.

🔹 Storytelling and Reflection

Narrative as a tool for healing. This is a space for reflection, for reclaiming your voice, and for rediscovering what kind of leader you were born to be.
